Is this the base bundle that's $400 on Amazon? I think I see maybe just the added quick release mount
Also any ideas on return policy? I see 90 days for electronics, any issue with open box and heavy use testing it out for that time period?
From $434 (B&H Photo) to $370 is a nice discount, I would have loved the 128gb with the travel kit tho.
This camera is not for everybody, this is not really a go pro/dji replacement, but more an extra tool. It's small, the stabilization is great, the back is magnetic (the camera), you can use the pod as a remote monitor (without the need to use your phone, connecting...etc). It is not 4K, some users have reported out of sync audio/video issues, but I havent had that.

You can go to the "In the Box" section on the insta360 website and they have a comparison between the different bundles.

Costco is praised as one of the best places to buy things for their warranty, I havent used that yet but thats what I have heard. 1 year ago I bought a go pro bundle from costco, after 1 month I didn't liked it as an upgrade from my hero 8 so I returned it after 1 month of moderate use. The lady at the counter only asked why im returning it, which I responded didnt fit my neeeds" she checked it and that's it. The camera was as new tho.
This isn't for people who want the best resolution. I consider it a fun camera to take on stuff with my kids - water parks, amusement parks, vacations, etc. My kids have worn it on the pendant - they would kill me if I tried to mount a gopro on a helmet or something.

For public reference
$399.99 base
$434.98 action "kit" (+$35 for just the quick release... not much of a kit)
This is -$30 base cost for the action 'kit' pretty nice if you're looking for a versatile camera. Magnets are huge idk why everyone isn't doing it. But the idea of always on you 1 click away to capture as many moments as possible is such a big sell for this, I just wish the accessories/kits were a bit more generous
