Are the cards in these any good?
I saw these in store and was tempted, but I assumed that with the packs only having 3 cards each that there's no rare type cards in it.

If you don't want to drop $40 they have them on the pokemon center website a pack of 50 for $19.99. Also a pack of 40 for $14.99.

These are the same set as last year's. Also, for anyone wondering, it's $34.99 in warehouse.
It's designed for kids. None of these cards are worth collecting long term nor worth playing competitively.
Costco in store for $34.99. YMMV but they might have the 2023 version in store with the green bag and Mimikyu and Pikachu. The OP picture is the 2022 version. Again, these cards are for kids.

I bought it. It's very repetitive and not super collectible. But I give them out in my classroom and the kids enjoy it. There's a couple stage 2 cards and some of the holographic cards look pretty nice but it's the same 30 cards repeated over 120 small packs.

Last year there were a ton of these after Halloween at Walgreens, the 40 pack bags for $9 (down from $18). That won't help for 2023 Halloween but would be great for future years' trick or treating
