Eventually returned it to Costco and bought a Chargepoint, which has been flawless.
Used to get JuicePoints, so about $40-$50 per year for free, but they just ended that program recently.

WiFi connects, but the Enel-X app shows it offline. JuiceBox shows it is connected to my WiFi device (when I look at who is connnected to my Deco), however still shows offline in the app. Now the JuiceBox WiFi (blue LED) just keeps blinking.
I told Enel that they broke my system because it was working fine for years until they moved me to Enel-X. The conversation is still happening and they want to replace my legacy JuiceBox40 for another legacy JuiceBox40. I have told them that I do not want a refurbished model and if they are going to replace mine, then I want the newer model. That is where it is at right now. *SEE UPDATE BELOW*
Do you know if the issue affects the newer JuiceBox that is sold on Costco.com right now?
So an update on 9/16/23. They say this device has a 3 year warranty and I am past it. Enel told me to send it to someone named Matt Falcon. I emailed Matt and he was bad mouthing the new Enel app and how his JuiceBox also became unusable. He said to go get a Chargepoint or Emporia charger. The other option Enel gave was $100 off a new JuiceBox from their site. I asked Matt if the newer JuiceBox would work and he said no and not to waste my money on it.
So basically Enel is asking me to pay money for something they broke. What logic is that? Class action lawsuit time?
