base model is only $80 right now, and historically hovers between $90-120. Depends on how much you value the bags at, but for me this seems like a decent but not super hot deal

This unit uses the "newer" accessory port and will need an adaptor that food saver sells to use older accessories like the jar sealer and others. Alot of complaints of the newer port breaking off in the unit from what I've read. Great unit if you don't plan on using accessories.

IMO this is an amazing deal. I've been stalking the FoodSaver/Anova version of this type of device (vacuum sealer with adjustable bag storage) for a couple of years. Occasionally they would go on sale at my local Costco/Sam's for $100 but at this price point I immediately bought 2, 1 for me to upgrade from my crappy $20 Chinese vacuum sealer (Brand name doesn't exist after owning it for 2 years and it only vacuums/seals pre-made bags) and one as a gift for my mom who doesn't own one but likes my crappy one after seeing me use it for years.

Edit: Including the Anova unit for reference. I was also considering this because Anova specializes in Sous Vide devices which is my primary use-case for vacuum sealing.
