Now that it seems Garmin is discounting their watches I bet you'd see this watch for even cheaper on Black Friday.
Now, I do like this watch a lot and if the Garmin 945 is only $50 more as mentioned above I'd pull the trigger on the 945 but it was $150 more when I purchased it. Very similar to 945 minus the longer batter life. I use it for my triathlon training.

edit - after a ton of Google searching, I found a health app called Optimity. Did a few like 30 seconds surveys and then it offers a discount on Garmins site which was 20%...got the 265s for $385 shipped.
