I have this, dells bloatware was causing CPU spikes all the damn time and whenever I bring this into cool weather (not even cold) it will NOT turn on until it's warmed up again. I was in like 62 degree weather with it in my backpack, got to my gig, opened it up, no response whatsoever, wouldn't turn on for almost an hour
