Well, not the slickest of deals but if you are in the market for one (like I was) it's not a bad deal at all.

I've owned this for a couple of years. It performs very well; I've abused it by cutting down trees bigger than it was designed for. The only complaint is that oil left it in can leak out depending on how you store it.

Isn't the cord a hazard?

Looks to be dead at Walmart but still good for Amazon.

This thing is a beast! I've used it on branches close to 10" in diameter. Its been at least 5 years since I got it and still going strong🔥

These are extremely handy, very easy to use & super durable. The only negative is the oil, like Dietbajablast said.

We originally had a JawSaw which did a fine job. But my bad back just couldn't manage the way it was balanced.

Have been using the pole saw for 3-4 years now. It's a lot more versatile & easier for me to handle. Absolutely recommended.

I've got the 8" and it really works well, but like another stated it leaks oil. I throw my generator in my pickup bed and trim trees away from plug-in

Same here, the bar chain oil leaks out in mine too...otherwise it's done a good amount of cutting for me too.

Been waiting for something like this. Thanks Op. ordered. Has anyone needed to replace the chain yet?

With the motor and all the weight on the end of the pole it seems like this would break your back

Love mine. Like others, I've abused it some as well. Use it to cut out roots of old stumps from my yard and deep ones in post holes. Just bought 2 new chains at Walmart on clearance for it too for $11. It's a great tool for the price if you don't need a full chain saw.

You'll still need an extension cord, but don't see why it wouldn't work. How long it will last may be questionable.

Great saw. I heavily pruned an oak last year and I was honestly surprised how well it did. The extension cord is a little annoying (have to be mindful to not get it tangled in branches) but this price is very fair.
