Looks like the flavors in the variety pack are: peach mango, cherry berry lime (which was previously called "freedom ice"), frozen bombsicle, and strawberry watermelon ice.

Beware these are 12oz. For this price, deal should be for 12 cans of 16oz per can. Remember shoot for $1 per 16oz can. Dont let Amazon or C4 condition you to accept these new reduced quantities.

Note the variety pack (which is the cheapest coupon eligible) is 6 "Smart Energy" and 6 regular yellow can. The "Smart Energy" has Cognizin, but does not have beta-alanine. And the yellow can has beta-alanine but not Cognizin. (There may be other differences)

I don't know if Cognizin does anything, obviously they claim it supports mental focus or something.

But beta-alanine is well known to increase muscle endurance. It has a nearly-universal side effect of skin tingling. The yellow can C4 is a "pre-workout" type of energy drink and I'd recommend using them only before intense physical activity.

The cheapest coupon-eligible flavor of Smart Energy appears to be black cherry.

I have never seen Smart Energy 16oz at $1 a can. That price for 12oz seems to be about as low as it has gone.

But I have gotten 16oz yellow can close to $1 a can.

My Costco has 15 packs of 12oz smart energy for I think $17.99. (6 strawberry 6 watermelon 3 cherry berry lime)

Someone needs to test the caffeine in these. 200mg in these is not the same as 200mg of other energy drinks. One last me 8 hr workday and I feel wired.

I tried these for the first time. I've read users on here saying it can make them tingle. What causes that besides caffeine? I haven't experienced any tingling.
