I have this , great price. Phenominal lappy imho! Oh it's not the touchscreen one, but mine is, I never touch the screen!

What do you mean by "It's not the touch screen one, but mine is", I guess Nano doesn't come in Touchscreen how come yours is touchscreen?

Because you could order a Nano (g1) with a touch screen. I have one. Are the current ones not coming with touchscreen options anymore? I did a cursory look, they may have ditched the touch screens!

Yes, someone mentioned in the forum that for $30 more you can get touch screen nano Gen 1.
I guess from Gen 2 you don't get a touch screen.
Someone also mentioned that Gen 1 is better than Gen 2.
So I would definitely looking for some more deal

But I don't use a touch screens on laptops, yet I have two with touch screens, weird. Good think they barely use any power at all.

Me too I have a touch screen I mostly don't use still it's good to use it on occasions specially when you're traveling

Yeah, a good to have, might find a game or something with a kiddo and it could be handy. But again, they barely use any extra power, so a good to have.

X1 Nano is lighter by ~0.5lb compared to X1 Carbon. You get only 2 Thunderbolt ports in Nano compared to a few more (HDMI, USB) along with the 2 Thunderbolt ports. If you don't want to carry a dongle around, get X1 Carbon instead.
