There seems to be a mistake that lets you stack two Subscribe and Save (S&S) coupons. This is probably a mistake so YMMV and it might not last long.
I went to the Vanilla version and it had a 20% off with S&S coupon. I selected S&S and selected the coupon. I did not check out.
Then I went to Chocolate version and it had 30% off with S&S coupon. I selected S&S and selected this coupon. I then selected period and selected "set up now".
It showed the below discount totals to calculate the price:
Price: $64.34
S&S (5%): -$3.22
30% Coupon: -$19.30 (YMMV)
20% Coupon: -$12.87
Final Price: $28.95
I did Chocolate which was starting price $64.34, but you may be able to do Vanilla too, which starts at $57.49. If it works the same way, 55% off 57.49 is around $25.88.

I couldn't go back and verify if I could duplicate the deal before posting because these S&S coupons are 1 time only.
If I clip a coupon but don't use it, Amazon seems to save it in my account. My guess is that coupon might not be offered to anyone anymore, but it hasn't expired yet. Amazon then offers a new coupon, and I clip that one, then when I go to check out both of them will apply to my order.
I've gotten 30lb bags of blue buffalo dog food for $15 to $20 in the past due to this. Could be what's happening here to you OP.
