If trade-in phone or condition changes, value of trade-in savings will no longer be valid and phone purchase is subject to cancellation
Not all phones are eligible for trade-in and trade-in value may vary; savings are deducted off the full total price of the phone and are reflected in either instant savings or in vendor bill credits, both of which will result in reduced monthly payments for the term of the agreement on your carrier account

For some reason Samsung keeps canceling my order, it tells me something that I cannot confirm the payment method, I have tried 3 credit cards and none of them have problems. Not even they themselves know what the problem is.
Anyone else with that same problem?
It happened with one of my friends as well .
The root cause of the issue is that the Billing Address of your credit card does not match with the billing address at the time of checkup .
Samsung has a system of matching this up and if the order fails all subsequent orders will keep on failing.
To override this follow the below process and it should be done
1. Correct you billing address in Samsung profile to match the billing address maintained with your Credit Card issuer
2. Create the cart using the Samsung Shop Mobile app
3. Checkout using Amazon Pay only .
Alternatively you can chat with any executive and tell them this and they will reroute you to a special accounts team which will clear your account details which takes upto 2 to 3 days .
If the 1st method of using Samsung App + Amazon Pay works for you please do let me know .
Keep trying, try Chrome and Edge browser. Add the items in different combinations. Clear cache, etc. It should stick. I had to try 7+ times.
Tried both Firefox and Edge, had no luck. It would keep removing the tablet when I tried to checkout, or not give the right discount. What did the trick for me was adding the S23 Ultra first, then adding the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, then adding the Tab S9 Ultra last. For whatever reason it removed the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro by itself without asking me, and I was left with the S23 Ultra+Tab S9 Ultra and I was able to check out. YMMV but yeah this is good advice, keep trying a bunch of different things until you can get through. It is possible.

Does Samsung ever off trade in deals for Samsung users to the same level as Apple? You'd think it would be a good idea to keep people using their phones.
Per www.androidcentral.com https://www.androidcentral.com/ta...b-s8-ultra
"Honestly, there's really not much of a reason to upgrade to the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra if you already own the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. With the exception of Vision Booster, a variable refresh rate, and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, these are identical tablets. You'll get mostly the same performance across the board, all while enjoying a massive 14.6-inch AMOLED screen.
There's an argument that could be made in regards to the extra year of software support, but by the time that rolls around, we'll probably be looking at the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra or something. "
With that said not sure its worth the cost at $400 plus also considering screen protector, case and keyboard. Will hold out until better deal pops up preferably one with the official keyboard included.
Probably others like myself in the same boat.

i'm guessing that going from a S7 to an S9 isn't worth the $300 after the trade in?
I went from an s7+ to a 9+ 5G and it's not a huge upgrade. Screen is nicer and it's a little snappier. Other than that not much is different. I just wanted a 5G tablet.

Bought an S23U, Tab S9U, 2x watch 6, 2x Buds2 Pro for $900 with trade in of S22U and Tab S7+.
Was able to flip the watches and buds for $600 total, so upgraded phone and tablet for about $300
