If trade-in phone or condition changes, value of trade-in savings will no longer be valid and phone purchase is subject to cancellation
Not all phones are eligible for trade-in and trade-in value may vary; savings are deducted off the full total price of the phone and are reflected in either instant savings or in vendor bill credits, both of which will result in reduced monthly payments for the term of the agreement on your carrier account

It was a bundle deal where you get 50% off the watch with purchase of the phone. I returned the phone and kept the watch thinking it would still be 50% discount but they ended up charging me full price for watch once the phone was returned.
Odd how dunno how they can charge me full if trading in my s8 ultra for 800 regardless... This is gonna be very interesting
Actually, I was also thinking the same. Purchase new s8 from Amazon at $529 or a used one for 488... and trade-in at Samsung for $700. Which cuts down s9 ultra to 300. Pretty reasonable deal TBH.
hmm trading my Tab S8 gets the Tab S9 Ultra for $299+tax on the full amount
so $400 (after tax) to upgrade from Tab S8 to tab S9 Ultra... worth it?
I have an s8+ and I use it totally for media consumption. It's annoying as F to type on so I'll just end up grabbing my phone if it's nearby to message someone. My caveman brain tells me to trade it in for the ultra for the huge screen, but I feel like it would be a bit excessive for just my simple usage. Hopefully some others can give their perspective as well.
I'll wait... I have 2 S8's (mine and my son's) to upgrade. I might go with s9+ and get him the S9. All in I wanna be at $300 for both trades. I paid $99 each to upgrade from S7's to S8's. And they even had a deal for a cracked display where I paid $99 also. So both under $300 and I'm doing it. I'll wait.
Did they not offer the S8 for T-Mobile?
I wonder if the S9 will get it down the road, or if you can just unlock the ATT version (not sure if T-mobile still uses that network or the sprint network)
im pretty sure unlocking android tablets isnt possible in the US ive never seen anyone successfully do it. only S8+ and ultra got 5G in the US. so far no S9 has 5G in the US just like last gen

Got my s9 ultra today and I must say I've never had a real tablet before and this blows even some decent laptop screens I've seen out of the water. Can't believe how thin it is as well. If I didn't watch the jerry rig video for the s8u i'd be terrified of breaking it in half lol.
Theres so new weird "error". Upgrading from s21 ultra and s7 to s23 ultra and s9 ultra is 250 cheaper than before. 550 for s21 and only 100 for upgrade to s9 ultra. I'm finally biting the bullet
Coming from tth S8 Ultra with 512GB / 16GB RAM, I didn't want to downgrade to 12GB RAM so I went with the S9 Ultra 1TB / 16GB RAM. I have the S8 Ultra keyboard case, but the magnetic backing does not fit the S9's new camera layout.
I opted for this Spigen case that is compatible with the Samsung magnetic keyboard, so now I'm able to use my old S8 Ultra keyboard while having a protective case that fits the S9 Ultra.
