I'm 6' @ 172lbs - I'm considering to size up to a large just not sure to get regular length or tall. Anybody around the same height have any recommendations?

I have a 33 waist, large legs and I'm 6'0. I went with large and they fit perfectly. If I was a tiny bit leaner I'd go medium, although if you have large upper legs they would be pretty tight.

I bought them and returned. They are not a good fit, waist is correct but too tight everywhere else, and also too long. (I bought size M and I always wear M, from virtually all brands, and I usually got a very good fit.) Also, the material made me a little bit itchy. The return process was super easy though and they refunded me immediately after I dropped off the return at a Fedex store.

So I am in the south but going to Alaska next week. How heavy of fleece do I need when the temps are in the 35-44 degrees on a cruise ship. Medium or heavy?
I have Rhône Spar pants for the Florida winters.

Usually you wash the clothes when you get them first time because of contact dermatitis due to chemicals and dyes which may not be bonded to the fibers.

Not a fan with how they look but they are somewhat functional.

You have to try them on first to make sure they fit though, before washing.

The correct order should be:

1. try on, making sure fit is good
2a. return if bad fit
2b. wash and wear if good fit

Thanks for the tip Danman. I ended up purchasing 3 sweatpants. I never see these go on sale. I did get free shipping over $50 using this code:
FREESHIP50

The sweats were the UA Rival Fleece 2.0 Team. I never had them but they did have the open bottoms and inside drawstring. They had good reviews and not the outlet. Some have complained the outlet offered different quality than the main site. I simply have no idea if this is true or not.
