I bought the five in one Grill and air fryer on a previous deal and it has been great, even as an air fryer it's better than my other dedicated one. Having a temperature probe on the grill is a game changer.

I bought the five in one Grill and air fryer on a previous deal and it has been great, even as an air fryer it's better than my other dedicated one. Having a temperature probe on the grill is a game changer.

I have two of these and highly recommend. Cooks perfectly with no mess and easy to clean as all could go in dishwasher.

If you learn to use the thermometer you can make consistent good chicken again and again with ease.

Starting point 165-170F. Let the carry over overheat take it to 170-175 or so. Chicken at 165 is kind of soft and strange. The chicken texture we are used to is about 175-180

Chicken breast is a whole new ballpark. Start at about 155 and let the carry over heat go for 5 min before removing as a starter pont.have it hit 165 or manage to keep peeked at 160 for 5 min to get a safe juicier breast.

error on the side of too hot Till you dial in and get used to it. Undercooked chicken is discussing a waste of money waste of time.

How is the smoke? Does it produce a lot of smoke? I am not allowed to cook certain dishes because my wife is very sensitive to it

If you look at charts for pathogens and cooking temp for chicken you really only need to get it to like 155 for a minute to kill the same amount of pathogens as cooking to 165 for an instant, so aim for getting to 155 and carryover will kill most of it
