Not sure if this is a glitch but you can add this item to your cart which is also free and it allows you to check out with the keychain flashlight. You can add 2 batteries to your cart.

Dude, you never bought an Olight at the 99 cents store. Didn't happen. You bought a knockoff cheap LED, which this is not. I know the exact ones you're talking about.

These things are surprisingly good, compact and useful. Mine is still bright and working after a year. I have another one that's two years and still working too. Way better than using the light on a phone.

Is aaa worth 5 dollars?
I got rechargeakiy. All old rechargeable still work and in Keychain.

Thought of getting one non rechargeable for gift or emergency kit. Wish it was aa though

I like the AAA version. And I really like the size, as it stays on my keychain in my pocket. An AA one would definitely be more bulky. And I kind of prefer the idea of a regular battery over Li-Ion for carrying everyday and getting banged around in my pocket. However, I only use mine as an emergency light for when fumbling with keys or something like that and it probably only gets a few minutes of use per year. Obviously, the rechargeable would have a bigger advantage if using it regularly.

The deal is live now and adding the battery is not needed. Go for it if you need one, but hopefully not everybody starts adding them for no reason. It's a CR123 battery, which isn't common for everyday use.
