It did? Because I watched it and saw the following:

- Only air intake is the cpu radiator mounted in the front pulling air in and preheating it before it hit the gpu

- Much higher than average case temps

- Cooking the 4090, resulting in one of the highest 4090 temps

- Bios won't allow four sticks of ram to run at 5600, only 4000

Not making the radiator an exhaust up top and not having all 4 sticks be able to get to 5600 made this a definite no for me. Its a terrible design.

It is a Lenovo motherboard but it is also a standard ATX design.

I tried to make the closest apples to apples comparison with PCPP and selected the cheapest components. This prebuilt is still cheaper (not by much if you exclude the OS, although I did leave fans out so there's a few bucks more that would be required if you are doing a complete build):

With this you get a single device to return/RMA if something fails as opposed to sending individual parts back. I felt the trade off with the proprietary MB and GPU was worth it... Just my opinion/rationalization of my own purchase.

Fyi for anyone else, from a comment:
"This product has a proprietary motherboard that is incompatible with high speed ram. What's really unacceptable is that it is advertised and shipped with 5600 Mhz ram, but the product actually does not even support the ram that it's shipped with. This is obviously not acceptable and feels dishonest. You simply cannot use high speed ram with this product which is insane for a $3000 computer. As things stand, it seems you will never be able to upgrade to highspeed ram for the life of the product. The BIOS is proprietary and extremely limited. Some of the supplied drivers from the Lenovo website actually cause more harm than good. Some of the drivers/software on the download page are recycled from other Lenovo products and this is very evident because when you download and run the drivers you will get an error message."

Everything else I've found is $1000+ more. Guess I'll keep waiting.

They updated my shipping from mid oct to sept 27 a couple days back and it hasnt shipped yet. Lol, PC might magically appear. But since 10% CB seem to not even work, I'll most likely cancel unless Lenovo gives me 10% off to cover CB.

BF and 14th gen intel is just around the corner too so perhaps more sales everywhere coming up soon.

Well mine didn't last two weeks before getting a bunch of BSOD and getting stuck in a boot loop. Contacted Lenovo support and they tried to remotely troubleshoot before instructing me to reinstall the OS which did not solve the issue - still getting BSOD after a few minutes of usage. I called the post-sales support inquiring about a replacement and they said they are unable to process a replacement as they have no inventory available.

After 10 days of holding my money and pending it went back to my account. So if they do ship this soon I hope the payment doesn't have issues. I used Amazon Pay. Definitely worked the first time unfortunately it took so long the money returned by itself.. They still have your money? Did it not return?

I reached out to customer care and while my shipping date was still showing 9/29, they said in their system it's actually 10/11.

Seeing the comments about how Lenovo does this at quarter end to bump their earning only to change/cancel afterwards, I cancelled the order. They will not have the satisfaction of padding their Q3 results with shady tactics Smilie

I placed my order 9/17/2023. The status says estimated delivery of 09/27/2023 which is tomorrow. But it's not shipped yet. I think they have some serious problems with their estimation algorithm.

Looks like I jumped the gun and made a rookie mistake assuming the missing charger on my credit card meant something wrong was going on with the charge. Leaving my original comment below just for posterity.

so now it is confused, did all amazon pay orders are actually cancelled? There is no email and no notification I see a charge only 0.01 from amazon and no other pending charge. From amazon side, I see a pending transcation still there but with 0.01 and actual amount of order has not being charge yet.
