It was not great, not terrible. Good deal tho. Two burgers and fries for less than $20 plus tip. I'm satisfied

Heart healthy may be another thing , sigh.
National cheeseburger day?
With 365 days one goes to cheeseburgers?..
Actually yea, that sounds about right, but I better not see any broccoli days…
Capitalism! The restaurants (as an example) pay 10% more and then pass along a 20% increase to the customer! Add shrinking sizes to that equation, and the American consumer is getting hosed on a daily basis!
Any other burger joints than 5guys has the frozen beef burger to me. I think Shake Shack is fine. Same for Smash burger, but I don't like McDonald's or Wendy's type burger joints.
If you want to compare like this, don't forget the time to drive to and from the restaurant, plus gas. Unless you live next door to the place, if you can make a burger at home for $3.50 + 15-20 min, probably still better value and better ingredients.
My vote goes to "Smashburger" (insofar as fast food establishments are concerned). Especially with their current $5.00 deal on classic cheeseburgers. In terms of taste and unique varieties, it's good value overall.. Sides are good as well. And everything is prepared fresh. Don't expect better quality, better tasting burgers at the cheapest prices. Their prices are reasonable relative to the quality of the product.

What's "pathetic" about a burger for one penny??
Lol. Now you're just being silly. 🤡
You are right, given its your first burger in months, heart disease (heart attacks) is no longer America's number one killer.
