Gen 4 NVME 1.4 (so yes good enough for PS5), up to 4800/4400 R/W speeds, 1200 TBW, 2280 size 1.5M MTBF hours. No DRAM (uses SLC cache).

This is a good upgrade from the P41 Plus which has been on sale for $63. It's all around faster and is TLC.
It's got better random write performance than the MP44.
