Had the same issue in the app. Went to the website instead and saw it there in my offers and was able to order through the website with 50% off.

That's erroneous. It has nothing to do with gold card holders. It's intended to lure customers back in that make infrequent purchases. The regular customers are rarely rewarded (unless it's a national promotion like the current Thursday BOGO).

I found the offer in the Inbox section of the app. The offer was NOT in the Offers section for some reason.

If you received the email like I did, check the Inbox section in the app.

Fyi, my panera account has had 2 free drinks over the past 2 weeks. I did buy breakfast there while saving almost $5 on my chai tea so it's sort of a win-win on both sides.
