This may be YMMV, but cheaper if you do it piecemeal through Bedbathandbeyond.com (now owned by Overstock). For example, I just added these two to my cart and the site offered me a 12% off coupon:

I bought this toilet for the toto bidet I bought along with auto flush. It has been a year and it's a dream. No clogs and the toilet is always clean, just light cleaning every few months. I am very happy with the purchase and this is a great deal that you can add a bidet to or keep it as is.

I believe it is 16.13 inches high [amazon.com] without the seat if my cross reference is correct with Home Depot and just the bottom portion.

FWIW, I emailed our plumbing supply company about this toilet and asked if he could pricematch (in the middle of a build and ordering components tomorrow so great timing OP) and he said his price was $235 every day for this model. So if you miss out on the Amazon/Build.com deal or don't need them right away give your local plumbing supply company a call and see what they can price these for.

Every Toto toilet could be very different for installation. When we switched from Aquia to Nexus, everything had to be done differently and frustrated the contractor so much.

Why can we not get the toto toilets from Japan? When I first visited Japan in 2010 I thought it was a new invention to have a sink on the tank.... but they have been doing it since at least the 1960's! Why can this not happen here? It makes a ton of sense, you wash your hands after using the toilet, why not use that water that is going to be flushed anyways?
