Very likely I entered it in both accounts when I was buying my Kindle Paperwhite (which I'm trading-in now). I was comparing prices in both accounts I guess (Amazon.com and Amazon Biz). Then bought it from the regular Amazon. The receipt includes a 15% discount.
Back to today. My regular Amazon showed this error for Kindle2023:
Early reviews of it said the hardware was entirely fine, but the software had major gaps in functionality -- what amounted to a half-baked beta at best.
Someone had tried to reset it following the instructions from the Amazon support and when they logged back in a year's worth of notebooks were wiped from the cloud as well!
Not taking that chance. The Kindle experience has gone downhill ever since it stopped being Amazon's biggest money maker. While their famous customer service is nothing but a distant memory at this point, so nobody over there seems to even care.
Here is the Amazon Trade-In Program [amazon.com] page for more details/value
I also use a reMarkable 2 constantly to do note taking, and sometimes read DRM-free content.
Anyone have opinion after previous experience with reMarkable and/or technical books on Kindle? I also use a Paperwhite I think, but that stays home - doesn't need to go because I generally have the tablet and ebook syncing. (BTW love that my local library does Libby)

can you just open a blank document and take notes that can be stored digitally?
open a day planner page and add notes/meetings/etc?
Some things that surprised me:
- no way to password protect or make notebooks private. You can turn off "whispersync" that syncs both notebooks and kindle books, but not just one. And if u turn this off, you can't share/email the notebooks! When enabled, everyone in your kindle account can see your notebooks. IMO, they really need to fix this.
- no way to easily collaborate your notebooks with other family members. To-do lists, etc.
- they include many templates, but I wish they had an official site to download additional free templates. Or a site to create your own.
I like it for note taking, not so much for reading - it's big! I also think the are priced a bit high, even at this sale price. I hope they push firmware updates for notebook privacy.
Size isn't everything but in this case it's totally worth it. It's such a better experience especially for things like comic books

I'll probably still pass on this I think I am not the intended audience for the scribe
The scribe is regular price on my business account yet discounted on my regular account. Plus the code Kindle2023 didn't work for me
