I'm no CPU snob but this is a PC for your worst enemy, or your grandparents.

Newegg's photos are crazy, first off the picture of the front is posted 6 times. Then the rear picture shows a 15-pin VGA DSUB + HDMI, but the product listing shows Displayport + HDMI.
Newegg's short summary also lists 1x260pin DIMM, max 16GB, MSI's spec sheets show 2xSO-DIMM, max 64GB memory.

Anyway, the 2600K is a venerable processor from 2010 that is still used by many worldwide today:

Yes it is truly impressive that after 13 years they can stuff the same power in a tiny box with no active cooling. But it's still a potatoe even if you run W10E LTSC.

If you're going to install Windows 11 and attempt to use this as a desktop/workstation, you might consider the extra $30 worth it. Both CPUs perform comparable to a 6th generation 4-core i-series CPU. At the same time, the power efficiency of the N100 and N200 CPUs is AMAZING relative to those older CPUs (the N100 and N200 sip 6W maximum, whereas an i5-6500T could draw up to 35W for the same performance).
I might personally stick with a known quantity for a desktop PC by using an older 8th or 9th generation CPU (possibly 6-core) from one of those Micro Form Factor Dell Refurbished deals under $200. Otherwise, I'm also holding out for wider availability of the 8-core N305 models. However, there's no reason to worry that this device couldn't handle basic productivity within Windows. Equip this with a decent SSD and a generous stick of RAM and enjoy. Good luck!

The N100 and N200 have been in the wild for some time and they are both well-documented as four core CPUs.
Good luck!
