They "fixed" it. If the hoeny is grade A, that requires it to be microfiltered, which also requires heat. Now you don't have to worry about your honey "going bad", i.e. crystalizing, which you could see consumers complaining about. Which the smuggled in pseudo honey (caramelized high fructose corn syrup being added to honey) being smuggled in from China doesn't do.
