FYI several years ago they solved the problem of what grade A honey is. The old standard actually required that the pollen NOT be filtered out, both to prevent adulteration, and where hiding it comes from.

They "fixed" it. If the hoeny is grade A, that requires it to be microfiltered, which also requires heat. Now you don't have to worry about your honey "going bad", i.e. crystalizing, which you could see consumers complaining about. Which the smuggled in pseudo honey (caramelized high fructose corn syrup being added to honey) being smuggled in from China doesn't do.
