Note that absorption rates are limited to 200-400 mg/day so your best bet would be taking half a pill twice a day (with food). I usually toss a full pill in the morning smoothie I share with my wife and that gives each of us a reasonable dose.

Wish these were time-release. Also I prefer a capsule versus a tablet so although I usually buy these in fall/winter I think I'll wait on the time-release capsule. Excellent price though for those not as picky as I am.

Great deal but always worried about expiration date with these type of deals.

Wow, that one review about the expiration date is off-putting: "They put stickers with new expiration date over orig expiration date from manufacturer. Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2023
Bottle had a sticker with expiration date of a month in 2025. If you take off sticker the actual expiration date is in 2 months."

I don't know if I can link to it but it is the fifth one in the reviews with images showing the sticker on the bottle.

You don't need that much Vitamin C, not to mention its absorption is times worse than from real foods like orange or fresh greens.

Vitamin C is water soluble you don't store it and it is removed during urination and sweat. You do need it everyday to maintain levels through foods or supplements.
