They will rope you in with increasing monthly fees for monitoring - they used to provide all their subscribers with a free lifetime 7-day recording of what the cameras detected.
They were spun off from NetGear and now as a separate company, they tried to take away the original lifetime guarantee of access to 7-days of recordings. When that didn't work, they went to requiring a subscription for ALL new camera purchases, meanwhile, on the back side, they lowered the resolution of all prior cameras unless you subscribed. Scammy company!!
