I know metal prints aren't part of this deal, just wanted to give my experience with the company. Their color calibration might be better for other types of canvases. Dark issue aside, the quality of the prints were definitely good enough for home use. They do have a generous reprinting policy, and were very communicative and understanding throughout the process. Their prices were also significantly lower than other online and local shops. I would order from them again.
Also a tip while choosing canvas size: "common" sizes are significantly cheaper. A 24x32 is half the price of a 24x31. They seem to like numbers in multiples of 4.

A heads-up for those considering ordering: The processing of photos appears to be done overseas, specifically in India. If you highly value the privacy of personal photos, especially family ones, it might be worth considering other options. I do wish the company had been transparent about this at the time of ordering.
Honestly for the price they are decent and don't see anywhere else cheaper coming close to this. These were bright family photos and colors are not as rich as they could be but its decent enough. Cropping was true to proof. I did get "ready to hang" which I though would mean it had hanging hardware but apparently not. As others mentioned there was some odor at first but not too bad. Shipping was decent if handled with care so it arrived without damage.
