Just fell for their promotion recently, but learned my lessons.. no where they mentioned that my order will be printed and framed somewhere in India, and despite paying the max shipping amount / option, they cheaped-out on the FedEx shipping.. missed my timeline to submit my piece for the art exhibition.. you get what you pay for?? stay away from CanvasChamps..

Honestly for the price they are decent and don't see anywhere else cheaper coming close to this. These were bright family photos and colors are not as rich as they could be but its decent enough. Shipping was decent if handled with care so it arrived without damage.

I was gonna order canvas prints from here recently. After all the bad reviews I stayed away. Ended up ordering from Sam's Club instead and was very impressed.

I have ordered from them several times over the last few years and the quality was good. But my order last month was packaged so badly (tightly) that the frame was pressed onto the prints (i.e. you can see the outline of the back frame on the front of the prints). I contacted customer service and they wanted photos of the damage and of the packing label. Sent those and they re-printed and sent back a new set. SAME issue -- packaged too tightly. Now I have 6 prints that are not worthy of hanging. I believe I am done with Canvas Champ and will just wait for sales at Walgreen's, etc., where I can check the quality before accepting.

Seriously screw this company. I ordered. 2x3 foot and it came all bowed to crap. Like a wooden stick in the center going up and down and on each side of this stick the print was bowed out almost 3/4 of an inch

Like if you placed it on its face on a table the edge would be up almost 3/4 of an inch. You can't put this on the wall. It looks like complete crap. Did the whole calling and online chat and literally sent over 50 emails and just got the run around. Disputed charges with my credit card company. They didn't even offer to remake it. They wouldn't send me a return label.

Eventually got some money back. I thought maybe I might be able to fix it by adding more wood and hot gluing the back of the picture to the wood.

It just sits in the corner for now

The amount you spend on a service, and their record, should be proportional to how important the product you need them to make is. I ordered cat pictures for my hallway. He paid for some of the cheapest prices for an exhibition... like you said, to ship from India. It's not like it has to cross the ocean and skies that we can predict with 100% accuracy or anything.
