Just fell for their promotion recently, but learned my lessons.. no where they mentioned that my order will be printed and framed somewhere in India, and despite paying the max shipping amount / option, they cheaped-out on the FedEx shipping.. missed my timeline to submit my piece for the art exhibition.. you get what you pay for?? stay away from CanvasChamps..

I just had a terrible experience today from this merchant. I didn't get the deal mentioned but tried to order a canvas print anyway. The shopping cart is a hassle and I got the message that my card was declined twice. The card is good and the shopping cart seemed sketchy so I closed the window. Afterwards I got four spam emails from the merchant. Then I received a text from Capital One stating the purchase was approved. I called CanvasChamps customer service and got the usual "thank you come again" phone rep in India who told me that I had a problem with my credit card despite me telling him that I have confirmation from Capital One of the charge. CSR denied that there was a charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! The original poster should be crucified. All of this happened this afternoon. What a frickin' nightmare.

Like if you placed it on its face on a table the edge would be up almost 3/4 of an inch. You can't put this on the wall. It looks like complete crap. Did the whole calling and online chat and literally sent over 50 emails and just got the run around. Disputed charges with my credit card company. They didn't even offer to remake it. They wouldn't send me a return label.

Eventually got some money back. I thought maybe I might be able to fix it by adding more wood and hot gluing the back of the picture to the wood.

It just sits in the corner for now

Seems like they have to keep apologizing in many cases. Not a good sign.
The real question here: why are their offers getting pushed to the front page on SD? The orginal posting happened almost two months ago, yet this morning it is on front page again.

How was the quality though? for those of us who do not have a timing issue.

Ordered a month ago. Came quickly within 10 days and quality was good for price. A little dark imo. But I would pay the price again for decent family photos on the wall.
