If you're not used to cooking with stainless steel, then yea you would say "everything sticks." If you knew how to use them and followed the instructions, you wouldn't have that issue.

Too each their own, but I don't understand why people expect pots and pans to not get discolored or worn over time. As long as they don't lose performance, I'm ok with it. I also use BKF to gets things cleaner but I don't break my back over it and it doesn't cause me discomfort if I see some stains or discoloration, adds character? More important things to worry about it life. And I do keep a non stick pan around for eggs, blasphemy I know but they're just so convenient. I do try my best to keep it off high heat and stick to med/low heat to reduce the "damage". I'm personally waiting until next quarter to pick these up so I can get an extra 5% CB on Wholesale Clubs from Chase. Then I will retire my non-stick pots while I still keep the saute pan around.

You guys like the glass lids? I feel way more comfortable throwing just the steel lids in the oven.

By in large, glass lids are for cooktop use, steel lids are for in-oven use. The 100% best solution is some of both as "most appropriate" relative to each user's specific use case

Nice find.
If you are in Houston TX, there is Tramontina warehouse sale going on (Houston only)
Do you have a link or anything I can look at for this? Or is this solely a Costco deal?

Everything sticks to these pans. They're not good.
Honestly, the easiest solution is to get some spray on oil like PAM-- I just use the store brand stuff.
Once you learn how to cook with stainless steel, you don't want to go back. If you watch any cooking show, they're not using anything else.
There are probably a bajillion YouTube episodes to help you learn. But essentially, you have to wait for the pant to heat up a little

I paid 300 for this like 8 years ago. No regrets. Handwash them and polish with Barkeeper's Friend every now and then. They'll stay looking nice.

sorry for the confusion.
Costco deal - you can see in OP's link.

(I do not have cost of each product in their warehouse sale). It is location specific only.
Sugar land (Houson Texas).

Glass lids are easy easier to check the food in the cook top.

I have a similar Tramontina set I got at Walmart 10 years ago to use on our induction stovetop and they look just as good as new. I'd buy again at full price if I had to.

I actually had a hexclad stainless steel set before this and know how to glaze and reach a certain temperature before I put the food in there! I think this set is just not good. Anyway was just warning folks who might be considering buying it. They scratch easy in the dishwasher and only look good when you unbox them.
I have been a restaurateur and chef and own these. They are an outstanding buy and of excellent quality. Glazing stainless steel? You season stainless before each use. You glaze cast iron and follow by seasoning before each use.

I second the maintenance part. Hand wash and BKF is the way to go.
