People who get into XV2 seem to REALLY get into it. Like 100+ hours. As a DBZ fan, I didn't really get into it. Fighting was a tad clunky for me, and I didn't care for the alternate universe storyline. I much preferred DBZ Kakarot, but if you're looking for a new twist on the same old story maybe you'd enjoy it? At $5, consider it a rental if you don't like it.

If you want a street fighter like experience, get FighterZ. It's like MarvelVsCapcom actually, but the fighting is rock solid. Only drawback is limited character selections, but it's balanced well.
