Have you looked into the Fuma 3, I have a 2 and works great, better than other coolers both air and water that I have tried. I know it's more but was worth the $15 more.

I would avoid it then. Self promotions aren't a good sign.
Stick w known brands. There's always Cooler Master's hyper 212 series.
I've used Be Quiet sinks for few setups wo noise problems etc.
