I found a combo deal that essentially creates a negative price for the SSDs. In other words, adding one to your cart makes the final total
cheaper than it would be without it.
Steps:
1. Add
Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7900 XT [newegg.com] to your cart.
2. Add
Solidigm P41 Plus 512GB SSD drive [newegg.com] to your cart.
3. Click "view cart" and ensure code
EEGCWA833 is applied. You should see:
Summary
Item(s): $822.98
Est. Delivery: $0.00
Promo Code Discount: –$50.00
Combo Up Savings: –$42.00
Est. Total:
$730.98
Alternatively, you can add the
1TB version [newegg.com] of the SSD and your total will be $743 shipped, which is still cheaper than the card by itself.
Enjoy!

Big brains: Should I jump on this or build more context and wait for BF?

I see the same P41 for $37 on Amazon.

I'm a small brain, but if your build won't be complete for another couple of months I would wait. If you're replacing the case and I would do that kind of stuff. Maybe jump on a power supply deal or something. Maybe Nvidia will drop prices a little causing AMD to do the same.
I bought the 7900XTX and a 1K power supply because I don't plan on upgrading that card for a while. I don't know what kinds of PC deals were out there last BF but it was overall pretty meh. Maybe this one will be better.

The last 2 BFs tech stuff I was tracking were all cheaper weeks before BF. Feels like Retailers are treating BF as "people would buy anything day" now.
