You get 10% off msrp normally being a member (pay back as an annual dividend), free shipping and other small perks. They also give out some tiny profit sharing too occasionally. You can get some cheap/good gear from their garage sales or outlet sales or members sale as well too.

I wish they'd mention the brands. I definitely want one of the hydration vests but I feel like the brand will be excluded.

The Hoka Speedgoats boots I was looking at are not. The site specifically says This item will not be eligible for the member coupon on the product page. Picking up a new headlamp on short notice for a trip in a couple days with the coupon which is worth since it's the same price everywhere else.
