I have one. It's handy sometimes but I don't love it.
The ground has to be pretty flat (or at least even) for it to stay stable. If it's slightly off, it will 'walk'. And if the ground is level, sawhorses would work just as well.
The one area that it excels in is how small it packs up. It feels pretty flimsy when you're setting it up but it is very stable once it's on flat ground and has a top clamped to it (I usually use a 2'x8' chunk of subfloor).
