Not a bad deal but only 24 inches? Wasn't the originally Titan Returns much bigger? I swear my 1980s one was more than 24 inches.

Everything seemed bigger back when we were smaller.

Not a good deal, it's the same pre-order price at all major online stores

When I was a kid I received the G1 toy as a special gift. It was supposed to be a Christmas or Birthday present, I don't remember which one. Instead, I got sick and my mom felt bad for me. So she just went to her room and came back with that monster. I have no memories of what I got for Christmas that year but I remember that day vividly. Getting such a huge present (and for years the world's biggest Transformer) out of the blue was a memory that will last a lifetime. My mom's decision to break tradition of waiting for the big gift and letting me enjoy it before the "big day" has stuck with me all this time. If I didn't have the 2016 version I would be preordering this one.

What are the odds this ends up like the Titans Metroplex? Paid $210 for that at release and it's been on sale so many times since then for significantly less.
