This one isn't my type of knife but kizer is by far the most bang for your buck. They make fantastic edc knives.

If you send your email you want to sign up with in a private message, I can get a $5 code sent to you. Not asking for self-promotion purposes., I just see they have an option for that for preexisting members. Could've been a change in their membership program.

Bought it last time at this price. I really like it, first experience with a Micarta handle which is nice and comes razor sharp. I also have their Mini Roach. Both knives have smooth action, very easy to flick open...Wife gives me looks when I'm figeting with it back and forth! Overall happy with Kizer products so far and I agree it's a good value when on sale. I have my eye on the Harpoon as a fixed option.

Please make a recommendation on a manufacturer that doesn't in this price range.

I have this knife, has been fine so far but I'm greatful for your post because now I'll be on the look out for issues.

cold steel Taiwan manufacturing is fantastic and you get serious bang for your buck even in that price range with AUS8 or AUS10 and an infinitely better lock instead of liner trash.

Civivi via Amazon had a deal a few weeks back with micarta handle and s35vn steel for a not much more than this. I thought this was the same knife when I seen the picture.
