Before the "supply chain issue" yeah. But no inflation has caught up. Probably cheaper to find things at Goodwills
"Supply chain issue" is just government speak to dodge the fact that the Federal Reserve added a record 35% more dollars into circulation (printing money out of thin air) for the COVID response stuff and to keep the stock market from collapsing. And instead of stopping when the crisis was over they have been printing more at record rates ever since so that they can cover the fake "Inflation Reduction" spending package and all the college loan repayments. By creating all that new money out of thin air the value of the dollars in our savings accounts has fallen by about 20% since 2020 and is going to keep falling until we hit an unprecedented 25%-30% decline in real value in just 5 years.

OP just referred to triple camel. From the stats, the lowest price was at 2019.

Just as another data point I paid $8.40 in 2017.

It's cheap. Really cheap.

That being said it's perfect for me for work. I just need something lite and junky since even in the blistering heat of the summer in Florida it's freezing cold at work. So I just need something to take the edge off.

How about all those printed Dollars hiding under a mattress in some third world country, or buried deep in the hills of Colombia that will eventually rot and become useless.
That should remove some dollars from circulation

I own seven of these. Every one has faded due to sun exposure within two weeks. It's not a constant fade either, it's a splotchy "this guy spilled crap all over him" kind of fade. They are cheap but the actual fabric is decent for the price and will last as long as it's only worn for around the house sort of stuff. Btw, I have seven because I kept forgetting that they fade like that and they're so cheap.

Supply chain issue was globally, not just the US, so your argument kind of falls apart. Inflation has also been global.

The triple camel agrees.

Nah. Lacks the slickness
Camel thrice needs a inflation adjustment algorithm at this point
