bought a cubby set from this company before. It's damn sturdy, seems like birch plywood construction and good metal fasteners.
But check the measurements they are often built for toddlers!

Got the grey single side bookshelf for $50 after 20% coupon. Seems to be real wood but will find out when it gets here. Now my wife can try to resell a garbage one she bought off FB marketplace for $30.

The one with storage seemed cool but no longer at that price. But if you were going to use that feature, feel like you are better off just getting the two sided bookshelf.

EDIT: got yesterday and it is very nice quality. One piece was split so getting another today but I was presently surprised for the price. As long as you are fine with the color, I would grab one.

We bought that white 5-compartment shelf for $180 three months ago. (Currently on sale for $116). We like it and would definitely recommend if you're looking for something like that. Note that it has wheels which you could just not install if you want.

The assembly instructions were laughably bad though.
