Hack to get around $10 min

On a computer 🖥 Is easier than a phone.

1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito)
6) go BACK to delete the item you don't want in one window, go forward to confirm checkout after deleting in the other.
Weird. Never had an issue and they definitely make your contacts last longer.
Did you use only the special lens case provided, and fully submerge the "cap" in the solution-filled "cup?" (Voluminous plumes of bubbles is an indication this has been done correctly.)

Did you also wait at least 6 hours before taking the lenses out? (No further bubbles are a sign the cleansing reaction is complete. I've waited just 5:30 before and that was not enough.)

Did you make sure not to use any Clear Care as an informal wetting-solution to ease wearing?

Hope this helps.

Yes, yes, and yes. I followed directions exactly but they still burn. The only way they don't burn is if I thoroughly rinse with regular solution afterwards, and even sometimes that doesn't work. I have to rinse and then soak in saline solution, then they're ok.

Hmm that's a pity. Ideally it's no more complicated than a traditional flat lens case, and I can indeed imagine CC doesn't work for some folks.

They only include 1 case with the twin pack and it never seems to last through 2 bottles of solution.

They quit selling the single packs too, total shenanigans!

Are you using the hydraglyde version of this solution (the one in OP is not, it's regular)? Try with and without and compare. Otherwise, it could be due to overwearing lenses beyond their life.

How did you order 2? It only took off one $6 coupon, even if I added 2 items.

No... the case has a disk on it that has a chemical reaction that causes bubbles and neutralizes the hydrogen peroxide. That wears out, but it should last for two bottles.
