In case you don't get the 10% with chat, you can always get the 5% referral code (DM if you need) which I think is still better than nothing.

i just ordered it and it worked! got the edu discount and the 10%. i told the guy on the chat that i didnt want the care discount when he offered it. i asked if there were any other offers available and he gave me the 10% offer
