You don't ever want to use a ball that was played outside in a sim unless you want a dirty screen or any minor scuff to shred your screen. Even "cleaned" balls can leave marks.

You go sim to bag? Would think bag to sim is the answer

Chipping and putting will absolutely help the most. I jave a setup in the backyard that i utilize. I play in a online league with Gspro software on my sim. It is so much fun and is very realistic. If you do need work on hitting your irons and driver it does help in terms of create consistent swing in which you can build muscle memory and It also helps with knowing your yardage that you can hit with each club. I saw my biggest improvement with my longer Irons. It's great for building a foundation and getting to know how to hit the ball straight consistently. It will never replace real course shots due to the lie of the course but it will help you stay in golf shape and with the right setup and software is a blast to play when you Don't have time to go the course.

Tempted to buy for my kid, but he's going through it now, and soon will realize there is no difference between yellow and white gold balls except $7 shipping cost.

Any good recommendations for an indoor simulator for a novice/beginner?

I will get these once I have retired all my 4-piece Kirkland balls. Anyone know if balls go bad?

looked for these yesterday and got white ones for $27.99…wanted these but not paying an extra $7 for shipping…same price online for white ones
Where do you see the white ones for 27.99?

Edit, I see now you have them in the stores in your areas. I haven't see them in ours for a while unfortunately...

So has anyone seen the yellow one's in their local Costco yet? $7 shipping is pretty steep.

It helps if you know your game. I'm usually about 50-5 yards from the green, so I practice chipping from like 50 yards in. That protects against mishits and misses (which are happening less and less).

Remember, if you're on in 3 with 2 putts every hole that's a 90! Everyone can go 300 yards in 3 swings.

I just went yesterday, no yellows, so I picked up a box of whites.

Is there any difference between the white and yellow besides color? No internal differences?
Correct. Thou I believe in a recent video MrShortGame on YT measured a white and yellow Prov's and the yellow was just slightly larger(thicker paint?). Maybe for Rahm, Tiger, Fowler and those guys it might make a difference. For me, only thing that makes a difference is if the dogs I had at the turn are turning my stomach over by hole 13/14.

The shipping charge is built into the price. They go for $27.99 if you buy them in a Costco but $34.99 online

I pulled the trigger for 6 boxes,

I've been waiting for these yellow balls since the rumors of their production started a year or two ago.

I love the current rendition of Kirkland balls, the original 4 piece were great but they had to modify them because of some legal issues. I found the second and third versions to be, well, just meh...

But, this latest version fit my (6.8 handicap) game perfectly, great length with terrific iron and green side performance. I've won bunches of skins and greenies with my Kirklands. And unlike others, I've had zero issues with durability. Cart path scuffs aside, I've lost them way before they were too worn out to play. I played one ball for 35 holes before it met a watery grave.

For an extra $21 ($7 per double dozen price hike for online purchase) I'm fully stocked through the winter and my Myrtle Beach trip in March. I don't want to risk them getting sold out online and also not being available in stores. That seems to happen with stuff I love from Costco.....

I've got a golf weekend starting this Friday, balls are scheduled to arrive Thursday...

The photos of this are misleading. They don't have that fluorescent neon color like ProV1s but rather the yellow like callaways
