I think 30w would be plenty to charge most laptops when they're not in use, shouldn't take more than 3-4 hrs max. The challenge would be to keep a power hungry laptop fully charged while in use, so intermittent use should be sustainable.

And for phones, in general, 30w is more than enough.

Worth noting that if you use all 3 USB ports at once, that the USB-C caps at 20W and the two USB-A ports caps at a *combined* 10W.
