4k? You are behind the times old man. Kneel beneath my 16k screens peasant
Monitor this size, you want at least 1440p
To get around that, make an online order for instore pickup and just buy one when you walk in. Don't give them a number or anything to look you up for the 2nd one.
I do this for cpu and laptop bundles when I want more than 1. Haven't had any issues.

Agreed, it's not just the size of the monitor, its the resolution too. I don't see the point getting a 27 inch monitor if you aren't going to be able to utilize all the space with the ability to see more at once. At 1080 your just stretching out what you would see at 24 or 23 inches. Seems pointless to me.
I play video games on a 32" 1080p and it's just fine. If someone can't afford or want to save money don't tell them what they want, it's they choice or maybe you can help by paying the extra money a 1440p monitor will cost
Seems like something you can't say unless you know how far away someone will sit from the monitor, what kind of eyesight they have, what they are going to use it for, etc.
1080p on a 27" is perfectly fine. if u see big pixels it's most likely because you are too close to your monitor. Move it back a few inches and you will be in good shape. I wouldn't go any higher than a 27" @ 1080p. Family member has a 32" lg @1080p and it wasn't pleasant even at a good distant away. For movies and games not so much a problem, it's when it came to text on webpages and word documents that was hard to work with.
I'm over here on 250 nits, bro is complaining about 350 nits being not bright enough. Maybe have your eyes checked? Not saying that in a mean way or trolling but if 350 nits looks dim to you, maybe there's something going. Better to be safe than sorry.

For work, I definitely prefer 2k at least since text is too big on 27" and I need the real estate. But for gaming 1080p is fine.
They pissed me off so bad one time that I said I will not give them my business anymore.
If you need a brand new 27" monitor for cheap, then go for it.
You are not really giving Micro center any profit on this item. Why?
This monitor is just a loss leader item. They're selling at its production cost in order to attract customers or sell other more expensive products. So you shouldn't be that stubborn Bro.
Only buy loss leader items, nothing else, this is the way to get back to the one pissed you off.
