$120 starting price for a full zip fleece is a little generous. Mountain hardware makes good stuff though

The fleece is missing a chin protector flap. I've noticed quite a few jackets leave this off and it signals that it's a low end piece.

I buy a lot of MH (regular access to the Columbia employee store), and their sizing has definitely shifted to the larger side in the last couple years.

I'm 6'2 with a fairly athletic build (32" waist pants, 40" chest), and MH is one of my favorite brands because their cuts seem to be made for that body type. For years, I could assume I needed Columbia stuff in medium and MH stuff in large. Then I tried on some stuff last fall, and it was baggy/long. Now I have to take almost everything MH into the dressing room because it depends on the fit/piece, and I often end up with a medium. But that medium fits great, so I'm not complaining.

Adidas the now the only brand for which I'm consistently a large, and that's because their cuts/mannequins are based on European body sizes (according to a person I used to date who worked in design there).

That's why I found S even too large for me nowadays… (although only 5'9 average build)
