Looks like the sequel (Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 [nickelodeonallstarbrawl.com]) is coming out in November this year. Not sure if this first-gen version will still be updated/maintained but for $5 can't complain.

Look it's not the best game in the world but definitely fun enough to watch SpongeBob fight for $5

Maybe it's just me, but I thought this game was terrible. I knew going in that it would be a cheap Smash clone, but it was worse than I thought and not worth playing at any price. Just my 2 cents. My kids also hated it.

Took advantage of this sale the other day, not worth it in my opinion unless you don't already have smash or another similar game. Controls are rough, lack of people to play as and maps are disappointing. Only bright side of it is the voice overs and a little bit of nostalgia. Only $5, but I got maybe an hour of play time and likely will not touch again.

It's not. They abandoned the first game due to budget constraints

Still playing this game with my 3rd grader. Fun just to smash buttons since it's easy to play.
For this price, it is a great deal.

My 7 and 9 year olds have been laughing for like an hour straight playing this game after buying this. Seems like a good investment.

No it's just you and one other person.I got a physical copies of this for 10 dollars and I thought for the price the game wasn't bad.
