Only issue when it auto switches Windows to Phone - their is disturbance.
Items are USED, not "OPEN BOX', These are two different terms as used by the industry for decades.
USED = consumer has USED it and returned it.
OPEN BOX = a demo item that a consumer never took home to use.

The only wireless headphone I've ever used that I felt was on par or a hair better was the Airpod Max.
These are better than the Sonys.
And I've tested them all pretty much.
The mic and noise cancelling on the Bose are both definitely adequate.
