I think it's less about the dual fan than it is about the fact that this card is more compact than the standard cards. So yes, this card has middling thermal performance compared to the cards with the best cooling

Weren't the 2070 and 3070 both $499 at release, in 2018 and 2020? I get that the 4000 series were mostly either overpriced, under improved, or both, but idk why people are crying about the 4070 not being $400.
