Virtually all Metro stores are out of the iPhone 12 (and any other iPhone, for that matter). But if you want to go on a wild goose chase, knock yourself out.

Deal is still ongoing and includes a SE 3rd gen.

What I don't understand is, why the mini's (12 & 13)are not discounted at $99 but the regular versions of the 12 & 13 are $99
