- At the Review and Pay step of checkout, click 'Apply a gift card or bonus card' under Payment Options, enter both the number and the PIN from your bonus card or email, then click 'Redeem card'.
- REI Stores
- Give the cashier your bonus card, show a printout of your emailed bonus card, or show it from your phone.

It's confusing, I'm sorry. Please support REI employees unionizing. REi employees are angry and good at understanding our rights.This place stopped being a co-op a long time ago.
