I currently get dashpass for free (two years) via Chase Sapphire benefits. I tried to add this on to my account, and got an error message "This offer is only valid if you haven't had DashPass in the past six months."

Seems like that's the cutoff!

I signed up and got my 6 months trial despite being a previous Dashpass member on another free trial several months ago. Thanks! Figure even if I used it once or twice for Taco Tuesday promotion, it will be nice to have.

Anything your seeing with a 6 months? Is the charge going to be trying to go through

On my Dashpass app, I just clicked on the Account tab and under Manage Dashpass, it says it's free until 4/2.

can't get it to work. I have probably had DashPass on my account in the last six months, can't remember, so I created a new account and it still gave me the "Not eligible: only valid if you haven't had DashPass in the past six months" message. weird.

You probably need to make sure your payment method doesn't match either. Some companies will check billing addresses and especially payment methods, not just emails.

Free delivery and reduced service fees. You really shouldn't be using any of these food delivery services unless you are subscribed to them because the fees are crazy and the $10 a month is usually paid for if you use the service just twice a month.

a decent idea but i hadn't entered any payment info on the new account yet. I had, however, entered my same phone number as in the old account, so perhaps it was that. i can't seem to create a new account without entering a phone number.
